Provider and scope The provider is Patrick Hirschi, Mühlefeldstrasse 42, 4702 Oensingen, CH, info@columbaverse.com. Columbaverse manages and analyses pigeon-sport data. The selected plan and pre-order description define the included features and limits. Accounts and teams Provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential and report misuse promptly. Subscriptions belong to a tenant and cover its authorised users within the plan limits. Anyone ordering for an organisation must have authority to do so. Administrators control team roles and access. Orders, trials and prices The selected plan, total price, currency and monthly or annual period are displayed before purchase. A separately granted trial is limited in time and does not automatically become a paid contract without an express order. Paid orders use Stripe Checkout. Confirmations and invoices are supplied electronically. The displayed total includes taxes under the applicable price configuration; the invoice shows any tax breakdown. Renewal and payment The subscription renews for the selected period unless canceled for the end of that period. Stripe processes payments. Failed collection triggers a notice and a grace period currently set to 7 days. Business features may then be paused until payment, while login, billing, support and the available export remain accessible. Statutory remedies for service failures remain unaffected. Cancellation and plan changes Ordinary cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period, with access maintained until then. Use subscription management, the public cancellation page or a clear notice to the provider. Statutory rights to extraordinary termination remain intact. The timing and any prorated charge for a plan change are displayed before confirmation. Upgrades may start immediately and downgrades at the next renewal. Use and content Respect the stated API, AI, storage and other limits. Bypassing safeguards, unlawful content and disruptive automation are prohibited. You remain responsible for your content and necessary permissions. You grant only the rights needed to store, process and provide that content; ownership does not transfer. External information and AI Third-party results can be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or unavailable. AI suggestions can also be wrong. Check important ring, pedigree and performance details before relying on them. Unless expressly agreed, Columbaverse is not an official service of the displayed race organisers, associations or data suppliers. Operation and changes We aim for reliable operation without promising uninterrupted availability. Maintenance and security work can cause interruptions. Material changes to features, prices or terms are communicated with reasonable notice and do not retroactively change an already paid period. Required consent and statutory cancellation rights are respected. Liability Statutory liability rules apply. Where permitted by law, liability for slight negligence is limited to breaches of essential contractual duties and foreseeable loss typical of the contract. This does not limit liability for intentional conduct, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or other mandatory liability. Statutory remedies are not excluded. Privacy and termination The privacy notice describes personal-data processing. After termination, an export and reactivation period of 90 days is planned. Business data are then reviewed for deletion or anonymisation; legally required financial records are treated separately. Export anything you need in time. Unlimited archiving is not included. Governing law Swiss law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of their habitual residence. Statutory consumer jurisdiction remains unaffected. Contact the provider with questions or complaints. *Reasonable use for your own pigeon management. Automated mass creation or deliberate overload may result in account restrictions or suspension. Storage limits still apply. Allowances belong to the loft and are shared by its members. Basic: five successful uses of each AI feature, with no renewal. Pro: monthly renewal on your subscription anniversary, including annual plans; unused uses expire. Technical failures do not count. Internal steps of one pedigree import count as one import. Try Basic for 14 days without a card or automatic payment. After the trial, your data remains readable and exportable. Your first paid subscription starts with fresh AI allowances. This reset happens once; switching plans or subscribing again does not renew Basic uses. Upgrade to Pro after confirmed payment, with fresh Pro allowances and a prorated charge. Downgrade at the end of your paid period after reducing members and invitations to three. Existing pigeons are kept; above 1,000, Basic blocks new pigeons.
