Cancellation information

Ordinary cancellation ends the subscription at the end of the paid period. Use subscription management or the public cancellation page, which does not require login. Email and a contract reference help us identify the correct agreement. Verify the email, review the notice and confirm cancellation. The confirmation includes a reference, receipt time and, where automatically available, the effective end date. It is emailed and the confirmation page can be saved or printed. Extraordinary notices and different requested dates are reviewed individually. Statutory rights and other valid notification methods are not restricted.
